Aushilfe für den Bereich Claims A&H (w/m/d) Grade 0

Aufgabengebiet:

• Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Schadenfällen innerhalb der zugewiesenen Vollmachten auch mit internationalem Bezug und Sicherstellung einer zeitnahen und korrekten Schadenregulierung
• Deckungsprüfung Analyse von Versicherungsumfang Versicherungsbedingungen und Anspruchsberechtigung
• Erkennung von Betrugsindikatoren sowie ggf. Weiterleitung an entsprechende Stellen
• Pflege der Schadenakten und Dokumentation in den internen Systemen

Anforderungsprofil:

• Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung idealerweise im Bereich Unfall- Kranken- Geschäftsreiseversicherung
• Sicherer Umgang mitVersicherungsbedingungender es ermöglicht den Versicherungsschutz umfassend zu bewerten
• Hohe Detailgenauigkeit sowie strukturierte proaktive und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie sichere Ausdrucksweise in der schadenbearbeitenden Kommunikation
• Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen IT-Systemen und MS Office
• Sehr gute deutsch und englisch-Kenntnisse
