Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure smooth production operations through preventive maintenance and corrective damage-oriented servicing of machines
• Lead motivate and develop the maintenance team
• Take responsibility for creating and coordinating maintenance plans as well as documenting all repair work
• Create purchase requisitions in the system and obtain quotations
• Cost control reporting and documentation
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance work on machines
• Plan and implement maintenance projects
• Work closely with production and neighboring departments such as quality assurance and planning

Your Profile:

• Completed technical training or a comparable qualification along with several years of maintenance experience ideally in a production environment
• Leadership experience and strong communication skills
• Strong organizational skills cost awareness and a hands-on mentality
• Sense of responsibility and role-model behavior in the areas of occupational safety environment and quality
• Confident use of M365 and ERP systems
• Good written and spoken English skills

Compensation Range:

The pay range for this position is 61000.00 - 103700.00 annually. Typically a competitive wage for new hires will fall between70000.00 to80000.00 annually. Offers for this position may vary based on market data and other factors such as job-related knowledge skills experience and geographic location. The position may also be eligible for a short-term incentive.
