As the Team Lead for Business Development & Project Development you will:

• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a team of three project developers fostering a collaborative people-oriented culture while driving performance and success in project development.
• Shape Regional Direction: Define and implement business and project development strategies in North-Eastern Germany.
• Diversify the Portfolio: Build and scale a sustainable portfolio that includes solar onshore wind and battery energy storage systems (BESS).
• Be a Key Advocate: Represent the region in senior leadership settings contributing to the organizations overarching business strategies.
• Guide Development Processes: Oversee origination permitting and early-to-mid stage development activities within the project pipeline.
• Collaborate on a Global Scale: Work within a diverse international team to achieve collective goals exchanging ideas and strategies across cultural and professional boundaries.

• Renewable Energy Expertise: Solid experience in business development or project development particularly in solar wind or BESS sectors.

• Adaptability and Reflection: Openness to diverse viewpoints and a collaborative reflective approach to leadership within international contexts.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in English (essential) fluent German needed.
