Portfolio Manager

Location: Berlin / Erlangen / Germany Remote

Ihre Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

  • Leitung eines Teams von Projektmanagern: Ressourcenplanung und Teamentwicklung.

  • Management eines Portfolios von Batteriespeicherprojekten: Überwachung internationaler Batteriespeicherprojekte insbesondere in Deutschland um die Einhaltung von Umfang Zeitplan Kosten und Qualitätsvorgaben sicherzustellen.

  • Portfolioplanung und koordination: Planung und Koordination aller Aktivitäten des Portfolioteams um einen effizienten Arbeitsablauf sicherzustellen und Projektmeilensteine zu erreichen.

  • Stakeholder-Engagement: Aufbau und Pflege von Beziehungen zu relevanten Stakeholdern Bereitstellung täglicher Updates zum Projektstatus und Änderungen.

  • Analyse der Kundenanforderungen: Klärung der Kundenziele und -anforderungen Analyse von Arbeitspaketen und Erstellung/Steuerung von Projektspezifikationen für Zulieferer.

  • Analyse und Anpassung des Projektstatus: Überwachung des Projektstatus und Anpassung von Umfang Zeitplan oder Budget bei Bedarf um die Projektanforderungen zu erfüllen.

  • Berichterstattung: Monatliche Berichte an den Vorstand und wöchentliche Berichte an Kunden liefern um Transparenz und Rechenschaftspflicht sicherzustellen.

  • Claim-Management: Ansprüche effizient bearbeiten um Risiken zu mindern und Projektgefahren zu managen.

  • Inbetriebnahmekoordination: Koordination von Inbetriebnahmemaßnahmen vor Ort in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Baustellenmanagement.

  • Einhaltung von Standards und Vorschriften: Einhaltung von PM-Standards und Geschäftskodizes einschließlich Umwelt- Gesundheits- und Sicherheitsrichtlinien (EHS).

Ihre Fähigkeiten und Qualifikationen:

  • Erfahrung: Mindestens 10 Jahre als Projektmanager im Anlagenbau/EPC-Geschäft vorzugsweise im Bereich Energie- oder Netzlösungen Windenergie oder erneuerbare Energien.

  • Ausbildung: Masterabschluss in Elektro- oder Maschinenbau.

  • Kundeninteraktion: Nachgewiesene Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Kunden.

  • Technischer und kommerzieller Fokus: Starkes Augenmerk auf Fristen und Budgetvorgaben Verknüpfung technischer und kommerzieller Perspektiven.

  • Führung: Nachgewiesener Erfolg in der Zusammenarbeit mit allen Managementebenen. Erfahrung in Personalmanagement

  • Kommunikation: Starke schriftliche und mündliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch (Muttersprache oder C1-Niveau) und Englisch (professionell).

  • Reisebereitschaft innerhalb DE 20% - 30%

Main Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Project Managers:Resource planning and team development.

  • Managing a portfolio of battery storage projects:Overseeing international battery storage projects particularly in Germany ensuring compliance with scope schedule cost and quality requirements.

  • Portfolio planning and coordination:Planning and coordinating all activities of the portfolio team to ensure an efficient workflow and achievement of project milestones.

  • Stakeholder engagement:Building and maintaining relationships with relevant stakeholders providing daily updates on project status and changes.

  • Analysis of customer requirements:Clarifying customer objectives and requirements analyzing work packages and preparing/managing project specifications for suppliers.

  • Analysis and adjustment of project status:Monitoring project status and adjusting scope schedule or budget as required to meet project requirements.

  • Reporting:Providing monthly reports to the Board and weekly reports to customers to ensure transparency and accountability.

  • Claim management:Managing claims efficiently to mitigate risks and manage project-related exposures.

  • Commissioning coordination:Coordinating on-site commissioning activities in collaboration with site management.

  • Compliance with standards and regulations:Ensuring compliance with project management standards and business codes including Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) guidelines.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience as a Project Manager in the plant engineering/EPC business preferably in the energy or grid solutions sector wind energy or renewable energy.

  • Education:Masters degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

  • Stakeholder interaction: Demonstrated experience in dealing with demanding customers.

  • Technical and commercial focus:Strong focus on deadlines and budget requirements with the ability to connect technical and commercial perspectives.

  • Leadership:Proven success working with all levels of management. Experience in personnel management.

  • Communication:Strong written and verbal communication skills in German (native speaker or C1 level) and English (professional proficiency).

  • Willingness to travel:2030% travel within Germany.
