The DHAM Factory IT Manager is responsible for the delivery operation and continuous improvement of all IT services supporting the Hamburg manufacturing site. The role leads manufacturing IT factory digitalization infrastructure workplace services and end-user support ensuring reliable secure and efficient IT services for a 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing environment.

Factory IT Leadership
- Lead all IT activities supporting the Hamburg manufacturing site and act as the primary IT partner for site leadership Manufacturing Engineering Quality and Facilities.
- Define and execute the site IT roadmap aligned with business and manufacturing objectives
Manufacturing Systems & Factory Digitalization
- Own the operational performance and continuous improvement of Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) CIM SPC APC and related manufacturing applications.
- Lead lifecycle management upgrades and modernization of manufacturing systems.
- Drive factory automation equipment integration robotics and smart manufacturing initiatives.
- Partner with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to deliver Industry 4.0 analytics AI and digital transformation initiatives
Infrastructure & Workplace Services
- Ensure reliable operation of networks servers storage workplace technologies and end-user support services.
- Maintain high availability of IT services supporting 24/7 factory operations
Service Management Security & Compliance
- Drive incident problem change and service management processes.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity audit business continuity and disaster recovery requirements.
Leadership & Vendor Management
- Lead and develop the local Factory IT team and manage external service providers.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
- Coordinate resource planning and prioritization across internal team and external partners for projects and business support.
- Manage IT staffing budget and vendor spend in line with overall Factory IT budget.
What you will need
- Bachelors or Masters degree in IT Engineering Computer Science or a related discipline
- Minimum 7 years of relevant leadership experience in Manufacturing IT Factory IT or industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of MES CIM factory automation equipment integration and manufacturing operations.
- Solid understanding of IT infrastructure workplace services networks servers and service management.
- Experience supporting business-critical 24/7 operations.
- Strong stakeholder management vendor management and communication skills
- Knowledge of Industry 4.0 Smart Factory AI/Analytics and OT/IT integration.
- ITIL or equivalent service management certification
- Fluency in English and German language (spoken and written)
