Solutions Engineer

Your Role

As a Solutions Engineer you will partner with Sales to design and deliver technical data center solutions that meet customer requirements while supporting business growth across Central Europe.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales on customer opportunities and technical solution design.
• Gather customer requirements and develop scalable commercial solutions.
• Lead technical presentations workshops and data center tours.
• Support RFI/RFP responses proposals and cost estimates.
• Collaborate with Operations Design Construction and Customer Success teams.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the sales cycle.

What You Bring

• Experience in data centers telecommunications networking or critical infrastructure.
• Technical pre-sales consulting or solutions engineering experience.
• Strong understanding of data center infrastructure and connectivity solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to translate complex customer needs into practical solutions.
• Bachelors degree in Engineering Computer Science Telecommunications or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Fluent English and German language skills (written and spoken) are mandatory.
