Senior Treasury & e-Payment Operations Manager (mfd)

About your tasks: 

• Lead and develop a team of 6 fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment  
• Own daily treasury operations including cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting  
• Ensure smooth and scalable e-payment operations in a high-volume B2C environment  
• Strengthen compliance and risk management while maintaining operational efficiency  
• Drive hands-on improvements of processes and systems in close collaboration with Tech/IT 

Qualifications :

About you: 

• 7 years of experience in Treasury and/or e-payment operations ideally in a fast-paced environment
• First leadership experience with a strong hands-on lead by example mindset
• Solid expertise in cash management and short-term cash flow forecasting  
• Experience working with ERP and payment systems and collaborating with Tech teams  
• A pragmatic solution-oriented approach with the ambition to improve and build 
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic fast-paced environment
• German language skills are a plus
