Senior Sustainability Manager (mfd) Fixed Term Contract

About you

• You hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Sustainability Environmental Science Business or a related field.
• You bring 35 years of relevant experience in sustainability ESG compliance or a related area.
• You have experience working with sustainability regulations and frameworks ideally including CSRD and Double Materiality Assessments.
• You are comfortable working with data and complex information and know how to translate insights into concrete actions and recommendations.
• You enjoy working cross-functionally and can bring different stakeholders together around a common goal.
• You communicate sustainability topics clearly and confidently to different audiences from subject-matter experts to senior stakeholders.
• You take ownership work proactively and enjoy turning broad challenges into practical solutions.
• You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
