About the tech stack:
Modern Machine Learning frameworks Generative AI and agentic technologies scalable data platforms cloud infrastructure containers and CI/CD tooling that support building deploying and operating AI-powered business processes in production.

About your tasks:

• Understand business processes and problems in depth and identify where AI software and process change can create meaningful value.
• Shape solutions together with stakeholders looking beyond the initial request to understand what will actually improve the way work gets done.
• Design build and evolve production-grade software and agentic AI systems that turn redesigned business processes into working solutions.
• Develop and integrate applications APIs data AI components and agentic workflows using strong software engineering practices across development testing deployment and monitoring.
• Take problems from discovery through experimentation and implementation staying involved until the redesigned process works in practice and delivers business value.
• Ensure the solutions you build can be evaluated monitored and operated reliably in production.

Qualifications :

About you:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and hands-on experience building and shipping AI-enabled applications or systems including core engineering practices such as Git automated testing containers and CI/CD.
• Solid applied AI understanding with practical knowledge of Generative AI agentic systems tool use evaluation observability failure modes and production concerns.
• Broad technical curiosity and the ability to get up to speed quickly in unfamiliar technologies and domains while maintaining high engineering standards and going deeper when the problem requires it.
• Strong business judgement communication and collaboration skills with an interest in understanding how work actually happens and solving complex problems as part of an engineering team.
