The Sales Development Representative (m/f/d) role is typically the first point of contact prospective customers have with Arctic Wolf. You play a key role in shaping the first impression and setting the foundation for successful customer relationships. Our SDR team is made up of driven positive and resilient individuals committed to delivering strong results both individually and as a team. We are looking for someone who is self-motivated adaptable and thrives in a collaborative fast-paced environment while building a career in Sales.

• Prospect qualify and generate new opportunities via phone social media and online channels

• Follow up on inbound leads and convert interest into qualified pipeline

• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through consistent outbound activity

• Partner closely with senior sales executives to drive revenue in your territory

• Represent Arctic Wolf at events and tradeshows

• Build relationships with prospects partners and internal stakeholders

• Apply a consultative approach to create value-driven conversations

• Consistently achieve and exceed targets

• Share feedback insights and best practices within the team

• Ideally 12 years of professional experience after university preferably in Sales Business Development Lead Generation Outbound or a comparable customer-facing role

• Fluent in German & English

• Strong motivation to build a long-term career in Sales with a clear drive to achieve results

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with the ability to adapt quickly

• Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills across functions and stakeholders

• Excellent communication skills (written verbal and social) with the ability to engage and build relationships

• Creative well-organized and able to manage multiple priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills combined with a proactive and curious attitude

• Solid business acumen and technical aptitude

• Experience with CRM tools and the ability to leverage social media and research to identify and qualify leads
