PSYOPIO Planner
Job Summary
As a PSYOP Planner you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on a PSYOP Planner joining our team to support CCMD staff thatparticipatein the Joint Planning Process (JPP). You will use your subject matterexpertisewith PSYOP capabilities and experience with Internet-Based PSYOP to advise operators on methods ofleveraginginformational power to gain andmaintainan information advantage.
HOW A PSYOP PLANNER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Develops integrated PSYOP and supporting activities into CCPs contingency plans crisis plans theater campaign orders and ongoing operations.
- Assistsother joint planners in incorporating their understanding of how informationimpactsthe operational information environment to best leverage PSYOP.
- Conducts in-depth analysis of the operational environment toidentifykey target audiences and assess their beliefs values and motivations.
- Collaborates with analyst to develop persuasive and culturallyappropriate messagingthat aligns with strategicobjectives.
- Develops detailed PSYOP campaign plans including timelines taskings and measures of effectiveness.
- Collaborates with other CCMDs intelligence analysts and operational units to synchronize messaging and actions across different platforms.
- Develops and executes digital communication strategies to influence target audiences online coordinating with adjacent staff sections to ensure consistent messaging.
- May lead a team or teams of Analysts and oversee their day-to-day tasking.

Required:
- TS/SCI active clearance.
- Years of Exp/Degree: 8years with BS/BA 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD.
- Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course.
- Experience planning coordinatingsynchronizingand/or executing Psychological Operations (PSYOP).
- Demonstratedexperience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP) military decision-making process joint targeting process and/or military campaign planning.
- Demonstrated experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers.
- Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems.
Desired:
- Completion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course Army IO Planners Course Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC (formerly JIOPC)) OPSEC Planners Course MILDEC Planners Course Joint Targeting School.
- 3 years experience with military planning at the operational level to include experience at CCMD Service Component Command and/or Joint Task Force level.
- Experience coordinating andsynchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammates.
