Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Security Software Project Manager to lead the deployment of cutting-edge Security Systems for complex large-scale projects. Our portfolio includes production facilities for banknotes coins security documents passports and as well Cash Center. You will oversee the Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform integrating video surveillance access control and intrusion detection into a unified command-and-control interface.
- Lead all phases of PSIM platform projects - from engineering and manufacturing through shipping installation integration commissioning and go-liveensuring projects are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards
- Coordinate with system component suppliers to define and clarify functional technical and commercial requirements
- Break down projects into work packages prioritize tasks and assign responsibilities based on urgency and project needs
- Develop and manage implementation and commissioning strategies including on-site team coordination
- Present project outcomes and progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering or related field
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- Minimum 5 years experience managing security software projects including requirement clarification solution engineering and go-live phases
- Proven track record leading international teams in the security industry
- Proficiency with project management tools and software
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- French and English language skills are mandatory
