What will be your mission

Manage audiovisual integration projects while acting as a trusted partner for key clients ensuring successful project delivery long-term customer satisfaction and the identification of new business opportunities within existing accounts.

What will you do

• Manage and coordinate AV integration projects from planning through execution and handover.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients building strong and long-term relationships.
• Understand client needs and requirements ensuring they are properly communicated to internal and external stakeholders.
• Coordinate project logistics installation partners suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress timelines and milestones proactively identifying and resolving issues.
• Manage incidents requests and project changes while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Prepare quotations project proposals and documentation using company tools and systems.
• Identify opportunities for additional services upgrades or future projects within existing customer accounts.
• Support business growth by maintaining regular communication with clients and ensuring a high level of service.
• Ensure quality standards project profitability and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

What were looking for

• Proven experience in Project Management Account Management or a combination of both within the AV technical integration or technology industry.
• Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with clients and identify business opportunities.
• Excellent organizational planning and communication skills.
• Experience coordinating suppliers installers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Understanding of audiovisual systems integration projects or technical environments is highly desirable.
• Fluent German and English both written and spoken.
• Independent proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.
