Job Description:

In order to support our Secure Communications Project Controlling Team Airbus Defence and Space is looking for a

Your role will be within the German Secure Communications Finance team. As part of the Connected Intelligence Business Unit we provide our German customer with secure satellite communication systems and services. You will work with the project team and be embedded in the Finance community.

In this role you will be covering the project controlling of some Space Digital German which are a key cornerstone of our business and also financially supporting the bid activities in this area. With your work you will actively contribute to the success of our business today and in the future.

• Financial project management from project set up to customer invoicing and cash management
• Project controlling including budget allocation deviation analysis mitigation actions risk and opportunity management
• Bid costing and Pricing (acc. German Pricing Regulations)
• Management of internal work orders and approval of purchase requests
• Price audit preparation and support
• Coordination of internal & external team members

• Bachelor Degree in Finance Business Management or equivalent
• Long years of experience in activities which have allowed you to acquire sound skills and knowledge of Finance and (Project-)Controlling
• Experience with SAP (CO/FI)
• Experience of working in a matrix environment with proven record of successful stakeholder management
• Able to anticipate assess and mitigate risks
• Excellent skills in relationship building team building collaborate across functions empowering motivating others and conflict management
• A high level of self-awareness emotional intelligence conflict management skills persistence and assertiveness
• Fluent in German and English
