This role exists because the current PM and Head of Product are leaving. The new hire will take full ownership of the existing core product Europes #1 primary data collection platform for dairy to scale it into new markets and commodities.

The ideal candidate has 4 years of experience in a B2B SaaS environment ideally at an early-stage company with strong prioritization skills for managing trade-offs between customer needs technical debt and new features. Theyre comfortable leading a dedicated engineering and design squad have enough technical acumen to discuss system design and data models and are motivated by the sustainability mission someone hands-on and proactive in a resource-constrained startup environment.

• 4 years of B2B SaaS product management experience ideally at an early-stage company
• Experience in adjacent complex B2B industries like healthcare insurance or logistics
• Previously shipped products in a resource-constrained early-stage startup environment
• Demonstrated ability to go deep on complex methodologies (e.g. scientific calculations regulatory frameworks)
• Active use of modern AI tools (e.g. for synthesis prototyping) in your PM workflow
• Mission-driven with a genuine stated interest in sustainability or agriculture
• High ownership mentality
• Willing to work on-site in Berlin
