Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

• Analyse und Bewertung fehlerhafter Produkte unter Anwendung von physikalischen Messmethoden

• Betreuung und Kontrolle von Engineering- und Qualifikationslosen sowie Sonderbearbeitungen

• Unterstützung des Prozessingenieurs bei Prozessüberwachung -entwicklung und projektbezogenen Aufgaben

• Einrichten/Optimieren von Rezepten an bereichsspezifischen Produktionsanlagen und Messgeräten

• Identifikation und Behebung von Prozessproblemen sowie Bearbeitung und Disposition von Hold-Losen

• Durchführung von Anlagenqualifikationen und Produktionsfreigaben nach Service oder Prozess-anpassungen

• Durchführung und Auswertung von DoEVersuchsreihen

• Anpassung von Anlagenparametern/Anpassung von Rezeptzeiten auf Basis von Prozessanproben

• Erstellung technischer Dokumentationen und Arbeitsanweisungen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Serviceteam

• Schulung der Mitarbeitenden und Auszubildenden im Bereich

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Technische Ausbildung vorzugsweise Mikrotechnologen (m/w/d) physikalisch- chemisch-technische Assistenten (m/w/d) oderlangjährige Berufserfahrung als Operator im Modul

• Erfahrung in der Einrichtung von technischen Anlagen sowie in der Bearbeitung von Versuchen und Messaufträgen ist wünschenswert

• Interesse an Datenanalysen idealerweise Kenntnisse in Process-Control- und Analysesoftware

• Gute Englisch- und MS-Office Anwenderkenntnisse

• Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise Engagement und hohe Eigeninitiative

• Gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie sicheres Auftreten

• Hohes Qualitäts- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

Do you want to help us build the DNA of tech Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is seeking for applicants as of today as Process Technician Diffusion (m/w/d) working in shifts.

Job Location:

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Analysis and evaluation of defective products using physical measurement methods

• Supervision and control of engineering and qualification batches as well as special processing

• Supporting the process engineer in process monitoring/development and on projects

• Setting up/optimizing recipes on department-specific production equipment and measuring instruments

• Identifying and resolving process issues as well as processing and scheduling hold lots

• Conducting equipment qualifications and production approvals following service or process adjustments

• Conducting and evaluation DoE test series

• Adjustment of plant parameters/adjustment of recipe times based on process samples

• Preparation of technical documents and work instructions

• Close collaboration with the service department

• Training of employees and trainees in the field

What you will bring along:

• Technical training preferably as a microtechnologist (m/f/d) physical or chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d) or several years of professional experience as an operator in the module

• Experience in setting up technical equipment and in conducting experiments and measurement tasks is desirable

• Interest in data analysis ideally with knowledge of process control and analysis software

• Good working knowledge of English and MS Office

• Structured and independent work style commitment and a high degree of initiative

• Good communication and teamwork skills as well as a confident demeanor

• High sense of quality and responsibility
