Introduction

As a PMTS for Systems Architect Analog ASSP you will serve as the technical leader and chief architect for strategic Analog ASSP product families. You will define long-term product and technology strategy drive system architecture decisions across multiple product generations and lead cross-functional engineering teams in developing differentiated semiconductor solutions.

This role requires deep expertise in analog and mixed-signal system architecture strong customer and market engagement and the ability to influence technical direction across business units development sites and external ecosystems. You will act as a recognized authority within the company shaping product roadmaps and advancing GFs Analog ASSP portfolio through technical innovation and thought leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and drive long-term product and technology roadmaps for Analog ASSP solutions.

• Lead system architecture development for PMICs motor drivers protection and batteries management.

• Own system-level tradeoffs across performance power cost reliability manufacturability and functional safety.

• Lead cross-functional teams across design validation product engineering manufacturing and applications.

• Drive product differentiation through innovation competitive benchmarking and technology assessments.

• Act as senior technical interface for strategic customers and partners.

• Mentor engineers and influence technical direction across sites and organizations.

Required Qualifications

• M.S. or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or related field.

• 10 years of relevant semiconductor industry experience.

• Track record of leading complex product developments and driving business impact through technical innovation.

• Expert knowledge of analog and mixed-signal semiconductor systems.

• Strong background in power management sensing signal conditioning and data conversion.

• Technology roadmap development and strategic product definition.

• Proven technical leadership of complex cross-functional programs.

• Customer-facing architecture leadership and executive-level communication.

• Demonstrated innovation IP generation and influence without authority.

• Fluent in English; German proficiency is preferred.
