Operations Securities Manager Corporate Actions (mfx)

• You will own daily reconciliation settlement and security transaction processes to actively contribute to flawless financial services
• You will support the analysis of corporate action events by identifying patterns correlating data and helping detect and investigate issues to ensure smooth processing
• You take over communication with our external partners to ensure smooth processing of corporate actions
• You will assist to develop scalable processes and collaborate with internal teams to support the fast-paced growth of our business

Qualifications :

• You have successfully completed a banking apprenticeship or a Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Accounting or equivalent
• You gained initial professional experience in securities services brokerage or asset management (prior middle or back-office experience in a bank is a plus)
• You have solid grounding in securities trading and general banking operations alongside a foundational knowledge of financial operations
• You bring a deep understanding of corporate actions and their corresponding banking processes
• Prior proficiency in tools like WM-Daten and Clearstream Xact is a plus
• You possess an analytical and solution-oriented mindset enabling you to detect and resolve operational issues efficiently
• You thrive in a fast-paced time-sensitive environment and demonstrate strong prioritization skillseffectively ranking urgent tasks and escalating critical topics to meet strict daily cut-offs
• You have exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise professionally with external partners
• You are able to work in a time-sensitive environment and balance competing priorities
• You are fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
