Available Positions & Requirements:

1. Customer Support Specialist (Entry Level)

• Role: Assist customers via email chat and phone with inquiries troubleshooting and service updates.
• Requirements: Entry-level profiles welcome! Strong communication skills empathy and eagerness to learn.

2. Content Moderator (Entry Level)

• Role: Review and analyze user-generated online content (images text video) to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards.
• Requirements: Entry-level profiles welcome! High attention to detail strong digital literacy and critical thinking skills.

3. Sales / Account Representative (Experienced)

• Role: Proactively contact business partners or consumers present tailored solutions negotiate and drive revenue growth.
• Requirements: Minimum 1 year of prior experience in sales business development or telesales.

Language & Eligibility Criteria:

• Languages Required: Native or Bilingual (C1/C2 level) in ONE of the following languages:
  • German
  • Dutch
  • French
• English: Advanced level (B2/C1) for internal communication training and systems.
• Work Authorization: Must hold EU/EEA Citizenship or a valid unrestricted Work Permit for the destination country. (Please note: Visa sponsorship is not provided).
