Micron is seeking a Technical Solutions Sales Architect to handle first technical interactions with strategic customers. This position helps build wins for Microns data retention and storage technologies across AI cloud and data-center platforms.

This role combines deep system-level technical expertise with executive presence market influence and commercial competence. You will work directly with NeoCloud AI and GPU customersincluding customer architects engineers executives and ecosystem partnersto convert next-generation workload requirements into differentiated Micron solutions build platform decisions well ahead of revenue and develop ongoing technical relationships that accelerate adoption at scale.

This is a very senior technical leadership role dedicated to working directly with customers. It includes responsibility for strategic influence engaging with executives aligning ecosystems and impacting the design-win pipeline with key AI infrastructure customers. Join us!

• NeoCloud AI and GPU customers view you as a trusted senior technical advisor and strategic partner engaging you early in architecture roadmap and platform decisions.
• Micron solutions are positioned as strategic enablers for next-generation AI and accelerated computing platforms with influence established early enough to shape customer architectures and long-term roadmaps.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead early technical discovery with NeoCloud AI and GPU customers to understand workloads accelerated system architectures deployment models and business objectives.
• Translate customer requirements intoendtoend Micron solution architectures spanning memory storage and systemlevel design considerations.
• Influence customer platform and architectural decisions 1224 months prior to revenue by crafting technical direction with senior engineering leaders architects and business decision-makers.
• Develop andarticulatetechnicaldifferentiation including performance scalability reliability and total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Partner closely with Account Managers Executives Product Teams and senior customer collaborators to align technical strategy with commercial priorities and long-term strategic account plans.
• Supportvalue selling and proposaldevelopmentthroughexecutivelevel technical communication.
• Collaborate multi-functionally with Product Management Engineering Business Units and Field Application Engineers to bring forward customer requirements influence product direction and ensure strong alignment from early architecture through deployment.
• Maintain access to design-win pipeline technical risks and achievements.
• Provide ongoing engagement tosupportsolutionsustainment refresh planning and followon opportunities.
• Translate NeoCloud AI and GPU customer workload requirements into Micron solution roadmaps and ecosystem engagement priorities.
• Shapecustomer preference toward Micron products
• Act as a senior technical liaison customer decision-makers ecosystem partners and Micron leaders to drive alignment influence strategy and deepen long-term technical partnerships.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 15 years of experience in solutions architecture systems architecture technical sales engineering or customer-facing technical leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of data-center systems including GPU-accelerated compute memory storage networking and software stacks used in AI and large-scale cloud deployments.
• Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to bothtechnical and executive audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Deep experience with AI infrastructure hyperscale or NeoCloud environments GPU platforms or large-scale accelerated computing ecosystems.
• Familiarity with emerging system architectures and memory/storage technologies.
• Proven success influencing customer build decisions platform roadmaps and executive collaborators within strategic cloud AI or accelerated computing accounts.

The total compensation salary range that Micron estimates it could pay for this full-time position is

The salary range represents the total target compensation (TTC) including base salary and a variable performance-based component. The base salary accounts for the 80% for Field Application roles.

Our salary ranges are determined by role level and location. The range displayed oneach job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target base pay for new hire salariesof the position. Within the range individual pay is determined by work location and additional job-related factors including knowledge skills experience tenure and relevanteducation or training. The pay scale is subject to change depending on business recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for the position.
