• Degree in: Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering Materials Science or similar
• Several years of experience in: metal forming / manufacturing process engineering
• Experience in industrial environments (preferably aerospace or automotive)

• Understanding of material behavior in forming processes
• Process optimization experience
• Quality and defect analysis
• Structured data-driven approach
