Assist in the conceptualization scope alignment and finalization of surveys targeted at both managers and operational staff.
Coordinate and support the data collection process through short internal employee surveys.
Participate in data processing and statistical analysis to evaluate AI usage patterns workplace dynamics and strategy-implementation gaps.
Support the preparation of detailed result reports and deliverables for organizational decision-makers.
Enrolled Masters student (d/f/m) with a background or interest in Management Strategy
Organizational Psychology Data Analysis or Statistics
Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative data analysis and statistical processing
Ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment alongside academic and industry partners
Fluent in German and English.
