Manufacturing Equipment Engineer (fmd)

• Execution and coordination of electrical and mechanical maintenance activities on handler systems including manufacturer liaison and spare parts procurement.
• Troubleshooting repair adjustment and calibration of handler systems and their components.
• Execution and coordination of electrical and mechanical work on scanner systems including calibration activities.
• Monitoring and optimization of contact performance.
• Production implementation of handler conversion kits and upgrades including coordination with equipment manufacturers.
• Technical support and coordination of mechanical docking-related topics.
• Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation such as preventive maintenance (PM) plans PM checklists calibration certificates and related records.
• Technical guidance and support for maintenance technicians.
• Coordination and supervision of installation and maintenance activities performed by external service engineers and contractors.

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in Mechatronics Metrology or a related engineering field or relevant professional experience
• Proven experience in semiconductor manufacturing backend operations test engineering or a similar technical area.
• Solid understanding of backend test systems and related production equipment.
• Self-driven committed and results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently.
• Strong quality mindset and sense of responsibility. High level of initiative dedication and reliability.
