Mandatory Internship Procurement and Operations (mfd)

Before a luxury watch goes online at it has to be sourced checked photographed and this internship you join our Procurement and Logistics teams and follow high-value luxury watches through their entire journey: from sourcing at retailers across Europe and Asia through inbound processing and quality checks to online presentation and shipping.

This is a 6-month mandatory internship full-time (40 hours per week) on-site at our Berlin office starting on 1 February 2027.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing luxury watch retailers in Europe and Asia and identify new ones
• Contact watch dealers by phone and organize on-site meetings
• Negotiate purchasing conditions with luxury watch retailers
• Build relationships with retailers to create new business opportunities
• Act as the link between retailers and our customer service for customer requests
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics flows and the packaging process
• Carry out daily quality checks of luxury watches and create shipments
• Photograph luxury watches during the inbound process

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business E-Commerce Marketing or a related field
• A mandatory internship as part of your study programme with availability for 6 months
• Native-level Spanish and/or Italian
• Professional proficiency in English
• Interest in luxury products watches or e-commerce
• High attention to detail and a structured working style
• Strong written skills and an eye for high-quality content
• Reliable hands-on and willing to support operational tasks

Languages

• English C1 required
• Spanish Native preferred
• Italian Native preferred
• German preferred

Nice to have

• Basic photography skills (training provided)
• German language skills
