As a manager you will lead challenging client projects develop strategic roadmaps and oversee the implementation of transformations that have a lasting impact on organisations. You will lead teams develop talent and take responsibility for the quality of work financial results and successful client relationships.

In our projects you will lead challenging transformation and strategy initiatives in the mobility and automotive sectors from developing strategic roadmaps to implementing AI- data- and software-driven change programmes.
At the same time you will be responsible for projects in other industries and will develop digital strategies that enable company-wide change. Your work will influence decisions at senior management level.

• You will manage projects from start to finish taking responsibility for timelines budgets quality and stakeholder management.

• You will develop strategic visions transformation architectures and roadmaps.

• You will lead and develop project teams and support the professional development of our talent.

• You will produce in-depth analyses business cases and decision-making briefs for C-level executives.

• You will apply AI and data-driven solutions at a conceptual level to enhance efficiency quality and business impact.

• You will develop new consulting approaches methodologies and thought leadership content.

• You will actively support business development and new business acquisition processes.

• A degree with above-average grades ideally with a specialisation in business engineering or IT.

• At least 68 years relevant professional experience in an established management consultancy within the mobility/automotive sector or in a strategy digital or transformation role within a company including several years managing complex projects.

• Experience in management strategy or transformation roles as well as in leading project teams.

You have a strong grasp of several of the following subject areas at a conceptual and strategic level:

• Development of digital business models and corporate strategies

• Change and transformation management as well as (agile) organisational development

• Improving the efficiency of processes and value creation structures

• Data transformation and data-driven decision-making models

• IT transformation CIO advisory & technology architectures at a conceptual level

• Future sales & aftersales digital customer experiences & platform approaches

• Conceptual application of AI and data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency quality and business impact

In addition you bring the following:

• Very strong analytical skills and outstanding conceptual ability

• Strong leadership skills a team-oriented approach and coaching expertise

• Confident communication and the ability to assert yourself with stakeholders at management level in German and English

• A structured strategic mindset and strong decision-making ability
