• Together with Strategy and M&A you areresponsible for corporate finance projectssuch as: M&A transactions IPOs minority-squeeze-outs and dividend policies
• Youadvise DT top management from a financial and game-theoretical perspectiveon spectrum auctions (business-case bid-limits bid-strategies for SMRA/CCA/) and are responsible for project management
• Youdevelop and apply complex financial models
• Youderive DCF-valuationsfor the annual report of DT group (impairment test for IFRS and HGB)

• Excellentacademic education in Economicswithfocus on Corporate Finance
• MBA PhD or CPA would be beneficial but not mandatory
• At least3-5 years of working experience in Corporate Financee.g. in the area of Investment Banking or Big4 Transaction Services
• Expertise in telecommunications market mobile networks and ideally expertise in spectrum auctions
• Ability to independently structure and solve complex business projects and teams
• Positive attitude result-orientation andteam-player mentality

This position is also available on part-time basis.
