What youll do

• As a technical sparring partner for our account managers youll support the entire sales cycle and translate complex customer requirements into smart solutions that deliver real added value.
• Youll support the sales team with in-depth technical expertise and ensure our products are optimally positioned in the market.
• You will plan and lead client meetings workshops and product demos and represent Retarus at industry events and trade shows.
• You will respond to technical and proposal-related inquiries from the sales team particularly in the context of requests for proposals (RFPs).
• You will develop precise solution concepts and cost estimates enabling us to create tailored compelling proposals for our customers.
• You will identify market and industry trends through interactions with customers the sales team and the community and actively share these insights with the product team.

What youll need

• Completed vocational training or a degree in (business) computer science or a comparable qualification
• Interest in IT software and business contexts
• Ideally initial experience in technical sales presales IT consulting or IT support
• Strong communication facilitation and presentation skills
• High level of initiative team spirit and a structured approach to work
• Business-level proficiency in German and English
