Job Summary

Dear IT Specialists

We are currently looking for multiple IT Support Technicians for one of the leading tech companies in the US. The positions are in South Carolina.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in IT support / on-site technical support including remote hands incident response workstation rollouts and relocations.
- Experience with server and rack hardware installation especially Dell or HPE as well as UPS installation cabling and connectivity testing.
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting ideally with HPE Aruba networking and Sophos firewalls.
- Experience supporting Lenovo / HP clients and notebooks printer setup and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with VMware virtualization Veeam Backup & Replication SLA readiness and technical documentation.
