As the primary local IT contact in Dortmund you will help ensure the availability reliability and performance of workplace technology for end users across the EMEA environment. You will provide both onsite and remote support while collaborating closely with regional and global IT teams service providers and business stakeholders.
In this role you will contribute to a stable and efficient IT landscape support infrastructure and end-user devices and participate in regional and global IT initiatives.
- Provide onsite and remote end-user support for the Dortmund location.
- Manage and resolve IT tickets through the corporate IT Service Management platform in line with agreed SLAs.
- Install configure maintain and troubleshoot end-user hardware and peripherals.
- Coordinate hardware and software procurement activities according to corporate standards.
- Manage IT asset lifecycle activities including inventory deployment replacement and disposal.
- Support Windows 11 Microsoft 365 VPN SAP client-side activities and local applications.
- Coordinate external IT service providers and partners.
- Support local network infrastructure wireless devices and network printers.
- Participate in regional and global IT projects and rollouts.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles in Fresh Service.
