Internship HR Digitalization Projects (m/f/d)

To strengthen our HR Digitization Team we are looking forinterns (m/f/d) for a period of 6 months starting 15 September 2026. HUGO BOSS offers an internship position in which exciting and challenging tasks can be taken on as a fully integrated team member.

What you can expect:

Actively engage in the global Employee Central implementation project by contributing to various workstreams such as Document Managementor Change Management
Execute project management tasks including system testing creating documentation and supporting training preparation and delivery (e.g. developing e-learning materials and guides coordinating sessions and managing logistics).
Provide first-level support to global admins regarding system-related inquiries.
Support change communication and engagement activities including planning and creating content for newsletters intranet articles presentations and surveys to assess training effectiveness and change adoption.

Your profile:

Currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree preferably in the field of project management business administration business informatics human resources or a related field of study.
You have strong analytical and communication skills.
You are proficient in the use of common MS Office programs.
In addition to IT affinity you are characterized by a high level of comprehension and commitment.
You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German.
Experience in graphic design or content creation with Canva is a plus.
