Your area of work:
As an intern (f/m/d) you will support the team in the Financial Accounting and Controlling department significantly Project Management.


Your responsibilities:

  • You will assist with Project management office activities like status tracking reporting and other ad-hoc meeting preparations
  • You will gain interesting insights in how large-scale global project rollouts are carried out and in stakeholder management at different levels of the organisation
  • In addition to these exciting tasks you will gain Insights in regulatory aspects and systems setup
  • In preparation for the role you will ensure you are able to work well on Excel PowerPoint and use AI tools for advantage and efficiency
  • In addition you will support looking for new ways to enhance efficiencies in the tools we use for project management
  • You actively participate in project meetings on country and company level
  • You contribute to ensuring regulatory compliance with the deadlines imposed by the authorities
  • Your role is to support the project managers and company representatives to ensure reporting and tracking is up to date in the most efficient manner possible to ensure transparency around project status to the Group companies
  • Your main task includes tracking against key milestones reporting on status independencies and risks and presentation preparations for updates to leadership


Your profile:

  • You are enrolled during the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least 3 semesters(Study focus in the field of business studies or other relevant fields). Furthermore we offer the possibility of an orientation internship whereby you are currently in a gap-year after your bachelors or masters degree in the above-mentioned fields of study
  • Ideally you have already gained first practical experience in the context of Project Management
  • You are interested in Project Management
  • Your curiosity and creative thinking leads you to learn quickly and communicate well
  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office tools and SharePoint.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
