Your tasks and responsibilities

Communication: Creation of innovative communication concepts to reach various stakeholder groups within the company as well as decision-making templates for Executive Management.
Event Management: Support in organizing networking events and management meetings to increase the visibility of our talents within the company.
Interview Preparation: Support in preparing and following up on career and development planning discussions.
Data Analysis: Documentation analysis and tracking of relevant data.

Desired skills and qualifications

Enrolled full-time student (d/f/m) in the area of Business Administration Information Technology Human Resources Psychology or an equivalent field of study.
Analytical Skills: You think in a structured manner and have a high affinity for working with data.
IT Skills: Proficient in common MS Office applications and a high interest in innovative ways of data analysis and preparation of complex content.
Language Skills: Very good English skills are mandatory for daily work in an international environment; German skills are an advantage.
Personality: You are characterized by a high level of commitment reliability and discretion in handling sensitive personnel data. A structured and independent way of working completes your profile.
