As part of our global Cyber Security & IT Risk Management team in Osnabrück you will be responsible for managing information security risks across all regions while serving as the central point of coordination for the Regional Information Security Officers (RISOs) located around the this role you will help ensure the comprehensive protection of our customers and their information.
About the Job
Take responsibility for global information security risk management based on established standards including conducting risk assessments maintaining the global risk register and prioritizing risks while considering regional requirements.
Define review and monitor the effectiveness of organizational and technical risk treatment measures while continuously enhancing the security architecture.
Act as the central interface between the global Cyber Security team and the Regional Information Security Officers (RISOs) located around the world. Coordinate and support audits awareness initiatives incident handling project consulting and the implementation of global security standards across all regions.
Prepare and present risk reports for executive management based on risk-driven key performance indicators (KPIs) as part of a global Cyber Security KPI framework.
Support and advise business units on project risk management and the implementation of new technologies and services.
About You
Degree in Computer Science Business Informatics or a comparable qualification.
Strong and comprehensive expertise in information security risk management and relevant standards (ISO 27000 series BSI IT-Grundschutz). Knowledge of regulatory requirements such as NIS2 and the EU AI Act is an advantage.
Experience in conducting security audits and IT risk management. Knowledge of GRC tools particularly verinice or comparable ISMS software solutions is beneficial.
Hands-on mentality: you take ownership of topics and drive analyses and measures through to implementation rather than merely developing concepts.
Excellent communication skills as well as business-fluent German and English both written and spoken combined with the willingness to work in an international team environment.
Professional experience in Cyber Security and relevant certifications are advantageous particularly CRISC (Certified in Risk and Information Systems Control) CISM or CISSP.
