• Youll be an important part of our Human Resources team and will support us in the varied day-to-day operations of an international luxury hotel.
• Youll work closely with our Human Resources team and gain exciting insights into all areas of HR work.
• Organizing employee events such as Employee Week team events and TakeCare activities will be part of your responsibilities.
• Youll help support our employees trainees and interns and serve as a point of contact for their concerns.
• As part of the recruiting process youll assist us in reviewing applications scheduling interviews and communicating with candidates.
• Youll gain insights into the Training & Development department and assist with administrative tasks related to training and professional development programs.
• Preparing certificates and personnel records as well as maintaining employee data are also part of your responsibilities.
• Youll become familiar with the administrative processes of the HR department and assist with preparatory tasks for payroll accounting.
• Together with our team youll represent the JW Marriott Berlin at career and college fairs and assist with employer branding initiatives.
• With your open and warm demeanor you contribute to a positive employee experience and support our employees throughout the entire employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.

SHOW US YOUR TALENTS!

• You are currently enrolled in a degree program ideally in hotel management tourism business administration human resources or a related field.
• The internship is required as part of your degree program.
• You enjoy working with people and are a warm genuine and outgoing person
• You are organized reliable and discreet.
• You have a good working knowledge of standard MS Office applications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English round out your profile; any additional languages are a plus.
• Flexibility and a strong commitment to quality will help you in your day-to-day work.
