YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You build and maintain the core technical infrastructure of SIXTs future AI-powered HR technology landscape including databases data models and system foundations
• You implement access controls permissions structures and security frameworks to ensure data integrity and compliance across the HRIS platform
• You develop and execute technical solutions using AI-assisted development tools and Vibecoding methodologies as your primary working approach
• You translate architectural blueprints from the HRIS AI Vibecoding Architect into functional scalable and reliable system components
• You identify and resolve technical issues within the infrastructure layer continuously improving system stability and performance
• You document technical implementations and contribute to the development of engineering standards within the People Systems Data & AI team

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Experience You have hands-on experience in backend development database engineering or technical infrastructure roles ideally within an enterprise software environment
• Technical Background You bring solid knowledge of database design data modeling and system-level architecture including experience with access and permissions management
• Tools/Systems You are comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Cursor or similar Vibecoding platforms and are eager to use AI as your primary coding companion
• Domain Knowledge A basic understanding of HR systems or HR data structures is a plus helping you build infrastructure that truly fits the needs of a modern HR organization
• Soft Skills You are detail-oriented structured and take ownership of your work thriving in an environment where precision and reliability are key
• Team Spirit You enjoy working in close collaboration with a technical architect and cross-functional stakeholders turning shared goals into delivered solutions
