As an HR Working Student (m/f/d) in People & Culture you will support the team across the full employee lifecyclefrom recruitment and onboarding to engagement wellbeing and offboarding. You will contribute to initiatives in talent management internal communications employer branding and DEI while also assisting with HR reporting events and administrative processes. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to gain broad HR experience and actively shape a positive and inclusive employee experience.
Support recruitment processes (job postings scheduling candidate communication)
Assist with talent management activities
Support internal communication activities (e.g. newsletters intranet updates)
Contribute to employer branding (social media careers page events)
Support planning and execution of HR events and engagement initiatives
Assist with DEI initiatives and related communications
Support HR procurement and administrative tasks
Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
Help implement employee well-being and benefits initiatives
Enrolled in a degree in HR Business Psychology or a related field
Strong interest in People & Culture topics
Structured detail-oriented and proactive working style
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident with MS Office (especially Excel); HR tools are a plus
Fluent in English (German is a plus)
Level of Study: Candidates should be Bachelors or Masters students with at least 15-2 full years remaining in their studies.
