Head of Data (mfx)

• Identify potentials throughout the company to create data-driven business value
• Ensure compliance of the Data Tribes activities with engineering guidelines 
• Work out data management & data governance guidelines
• Consulting on data-driven way of working in the Data Tribe and beyond
• Leading the Data Tribe and be a mentor and coach for the corresponding Team Leads
• Be the Data Protection Coordinator for the Engineering Department
• As part of the Data team manages data infrastructure and analytics ensuring data governance integrity and supporting ICT operations

Qualifications :

• University degree in Computer Science Engineering Natural Science Mathematics or similar field
• Excellent knowledge in data science & machine learning models
• Excellent knowledge in data-driven business applications 
• Good Stakeholder management skills
• Several years of data project management experience
• Several years of people management experience
• Excellent English communication skills
