We as the Excellence team within Procurement drive continuous improvement across all categories and regions. We are passionate about procurement processes and technology. We enable the Global Procurement Network to work efficiently and effectively and to develop the right capabilities. You will be a key contributor in bringing our Procurement vision to life. With a focus on learning and knowledge management you will contribute to building the base for future skill and capability development within the Procurement Network. You will be the face of our Procurement Academy defining and driving the agenda for learning and capability development in Procurement. You will oversee the development of trainings and other knowledge content drive development and change initiatives and act as a key interface to align with senior stakeholders and ensure relevance and impact of our initiatives across the organization.
- Lead the Procurement Academy: Be responsible for managing and further developing our Procurement Academy and driving knowledge management initiatives within the global Procurement organization
- Drive stakeholder engagement: Act as a key interface between Procurement Excellence and senior stakeholders ensuring alignment on capability priorities and driving engagement for learning and knowledge initiatives
- Upskill Procurement Employees: Ensure continuous capability development of Procurement employees through targeted state-of-the-art learning programs aligned with evolving functional needs and standards (e.g. AI in Procurement)
- Drive mindset and behavioral change: Support the organization in adopting new ways of working and ensure that capability building leads to sustainable behavioral change and real impact in day-to-day operations
- Initiate Knowledge Programs: Initiate and lead additional capability and knowledge programs tailored to the needs of the Procurement organization
- Enhance Knowledge Management Strategy: Continuously develop and refine our Procurement knowledge management approach and roadmap in line with best practices and business priorities
- Develop Training Programs: Oversee the development of training sessions and learning journeys in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Organize the Procurement Academy: Ensure effective planning and coordination of learning programs and activities
- Execute and coach Training Sessions: Deliver selected training formats and support (co-)trainers to ensure high-quality knowledge transfer
- Implement KPIs: Define and track KPIs to measure effectiveness adoption and impact of the Academy and knowledge environment
- Support Strategic Initiatives: Contribute to or lead projects within Procurement Excellence shaping the future of our organization
- Stay informed on trends: Monitor developments in Procurement learning and knowledge management including digital and AI-driven approaches
- University degree in Business Administration International Management Supply Chain Management Educational Studies or a related field
- Several years of professional experience in an international environment preferably in Procurement
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs with strong interest in capability development and knowledge management
- Proven project management experience and ability to work in cross-functional multinational teams
- Strong communication visualization and presentation skills
- Structured process oriented and results-driven personality
- High level of ownership and ability to translate concepts into practical solutions
- International mindset with strong cross-cultural awareness
- Familiarity with digital learning tools AI & CoPilot enablement in knowledge work or Capability and skill frameworks is a plus
