Your Tasks & Responsibilities

In this position your copy will serve as the essential psychological bridge that transforms consumer cold traffic into high-value acquisitions.

• Architect High-Converting Funnels: Draft compelling advertorials and long-form sales copy tailored for D2C health wellness and beauty verticals (e.g. probiotic skincare joint formulas cognitive drinks). Your target audience is typically a mature ($45$) highly critical demographicyour core objective is to disarm their skepticism and earn their commercial trust.
• Deconstruct Consumer Buying Motives: Deep-dive into customer forums product reviews support tickets and performance analytics to isolate raw buying triggers. You will synthesize these insights into high-CTR advertising hooks.
• Orchestrate AI-Assisted Pipelines: Command our proprietary internal AI workflows to generate structural foundations then apply your human copywriting intuition to refine the copy into a polished human-grade final asset.
• Own Conversion Metrics: Analyze your own performance data daily. If an advertorials traction dips you will instantly diagnose whether the hook lead or angle is leaking margin deploying a fresh copy variant within 24 hours.
• Execute with Speed & Scale: Maintain an aggressive creative testing velocity. You balance quick execution with high strategic precision recognizing where perfectionism stalls capital and where it multiplies scalability.

Candidate Profile

Minimum Requirements:

• Professional Experience: 23 years of documented success in Direct-Response Copywriting or Performance Marketing (Agency or high-volume Freelance background) ideally within a fast-moving D2C ecosystem.
• Linguistic Mastery: Flawless native-level German (C2) is strictly mandatory; highly proficient English communication skills are required for internal collaboration.
• Direct-Response Toolkit: Absolute command over conversion principles including Problem-Agitation-Solution ($PAS$) frameworks unique mechanism development social proof integration objection handling and psychological calls-to-action ($CTAs$).
• Core Mindset: Highly autonomous structured and dependable. You excel without micromanagement honor strict deadlines and possess an unquenchable drive to study winning ad campaigns.
