Founder's Associate Internship

Were an early-stage robotics startup founded out of TUM MIRMI and backed by 1M in pre-seed funding from a leading European VC. Our mission is to bring the latest advances in Robot Learning and Physical AI into real industrial deployment.

As a Founders Associate youll work directly with the founder across nearly every aspect of building the company. From strategy and hiring to business development and marketing youll gain a front-row seat to what it takes to build a venture-backed deep-tech startup from the ground up.

• Support the founder in day-to-day company building
• Build streamlined AI-native business operations
• Support sales business development and customer outreach
• Manage and continuously improve our online presence and marketing
• Manage employer branding hiring pipeline and establish onboarding process
• Coordinate operational topics including accounting finance and administrative task
• Take ownership of multi-disciplinary projects wherever help is needed

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Industrial Engineering Management & Technology Business Informatics or a related field
• Strong interest in startups entrepreneurship and technology
• Technical curiosity and the motivation to understand robotics and manufacturing
• Excellent communication skills in German and English
• Structured proactive and highly self-driven
• Experience with Notion GitHub Lovable n8n Zapier Claude Cowork or similar
• Experience in the automation or manufacturing industry is a plus
