Your Tasks

• Provide implementation leadership functional expertise and technical expertise for Exytes SuccessFactors implementation
• Solicit analyze and document business requirements and translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Integrate our SAP SuccessFactors implementation with ERP HR and non-HR technology platforms and processes
• Provide a mix of technical business process and administrative data management support
• Collaborate with SAP SuccessFactors to keep up-to-date on new releases perform impact analysis and make recommendations based upon impact on HR technology functionality or business processes
• Manage data across heterogeneous systems with a focus on data quality
• Participate in communications and change management affecting HR technology platforms an impacted processes

Your Profile

• Bachelor Degree / Master Degree in Information Technology or an equal degree in recognized university
• Several years of working experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and at least one other module
• Experience with bi-directional SuccessFactors interfaces and SF standard connectors
• Excellent oral and written English skills and good German skills
• Flexibility communication and team working skills
• Strong analytical skills and a structured and independent way of working
