SharkNinja is looking for a Social Commerce Merchandising Specialist to join the eCommerce Team based in Frankfurt. Working as part of the Social commerce team you will play a key administrative role in supporting the execution and optimization of our digital marketplace strategy with a specific focus on driving performance and engagement through TikTok Shop.

Sales through our digital channels are a key part of our continued growth strategy and you will have the opportunity to develop a career in this leading space. This role will be an integral part in our fast-growing and progressive D2C department. The ideal candidate will bring digital marketing merchandising and trading knowledge as well as a deep understanding of online consumer behaviour.

Here are some of the EXCITING things youll get to do (RESPONSIBILITIES):

Set up and manage product listings promotions and campaigns
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate on-brand content is uploaded across TikTok
Daily administrative tasks; price changes stock checks content updates and performance reporting
Preparing inventory and listings ahead of LIVEs
Monitor TikTok analytics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to the wider team
Establish cross-functional ways of working between our Marketing Customer Experience Logistics and IT teams to deliver enhancements and support the acceleration of marketplace sales for SharkNinja
Review inventory levels and request additional stock where necessary
Competitor and market research

ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS (REQUIREMENTS):
Experience working with online marketplaces
Experience in a similar role with experience in E-Commerce management & digital trading
Strong knowledge of the digital retail environment and consumer journey
Understanding of paid activations to drive increased traffic
Passion for delivering a 5* consumer experience with best-in-class digital content
Demonstrate initiative and ability to react to change in a fast-paced environment working independently or as part of a team
Ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive key objectives
Comfortable working with performance dashboards and marketplace metrics
