Director Sales & Systems Software Solutions (mfd)

Your Role

As Director Sales & Systems Software Solutions (m/f/d) you will lead the strategic development and execution of software IT and digital solution sales across BEUMER Groups industry sectors including Airport Logistics Product Business Minerals & Mining as well as the associated Customer Support business.

In this global leadership role you will drive software sales excellence build a strong network of software expertise across BEUMER regions and companies and ensure the successful positioning integration and optimization of software and IT solutions throughout the entire customer lifecycle. Working closely with Competence Centers (CoCs) Product Management Product Development Delivery and Customer Support teams you will help shape innovative business models competitive pricing strategies and future-oriented digital offerings.

Your Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global software sales strategy aligned with BEUMER Groups business objectives and market opportunities.
• Lead mentor and develop an international team of software sales managers and professionals fostering a culture of collaboration performance and continuous improvement.
• Support CoC Sales & Systems teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within software IT and digital solutions.
• Build strategic partnerships and expand BEUMERs market presence across key industries and international regions.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Communication to create compelling customer success stories and strengthen the positioning of digital solutions as key differentiators.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and the delivery of tailored software solutions.
• Oversee the integration of software systems into complex intralogistics solutions ensuring smooth implementation and operational excellence.
• Drive market analysis financial performance quality assurance risk management and reporting to support sustainable business growth.

Your Profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
• Extensive professional experience in software sales software proposal management or digital solution development within a complex B2B environment.
• Proven track record in strategic leadership team development and managing international stakeholders.
• Strong experience in sales and concept development for advanced software and IT solutions.
• Demonstrated expertise in complex project integration stakeholder management quality assurance and risk management.
• International business experience and ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP CSM or comparable project and proposal management qualifications are considered an advantage.
• Fluent German and English language skills are required with the ability to communicate effectively with international and local stakeholders at all organizational levels.
