Transaction Execution End-to-End
47 Years of M&A Experience in investment banking transaction advisory private equity corporate development or M&A-focused strategy consulting.
Strong Transaction Expertise confident command of company valuation financial modeling and deal structuring.
Process Management Experience managing due diligence processes data rooms advisors and audit teams.
Analytical Precision excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills combined with strong quantitative acumen.
Negotiation Strength & Presence confident presence with management investors and external parties; results-driven and closing-oriented.
Ownership Mindset experience structuring and leading transaction teams independently in fast-paced environments.
Academic Background strong academic track record in business administration finance or a comparable discipline. Fluent in German and English.What You Gain

Transaction Execution End-to-End
- You lead buy- and sell-side M&A transactions from target identification through closing.
- You coordinate due diligence processes (commercial financial legal) in close collaboration with internal and external experts.
- You prepare company valuations financial models and transaction structures.
- You develop decision papers for management investors and governing bodies.
- You prepare compelling transaction marketing materials including information memoranda (IMs) and teasers.
- You assess our clients equity story for exit readiness and identify remaining value creation potential ahead of a sale process.
- You prepare management teams and shareholders for buyer expectations supporting vendor due diligence and exit storytelling.
- You act as the central point of contact for investors target companies banks lawyers and auditors.
- You negotiate term sheets LOIs and purchase agreements (SPAs) confidently representing your clients interests.
- You identify and assess M&A opportunities against defined investment criteria.
- You build and maintain a network of target companies intermediaries and market participants.
- You lead transaction teams managing timelines as well as external advisors and internal stakeholders.
- You actively contribute to the ongoing development of internal M&A processes tools and standards.
