With our technology users can spend stablecoins directly from their on-chain wallet using a Visa debit card. Transactions are executed through a secure smart-wallet rather than a traditional bank account allowing users to retain full custody of their assets while paying anywhere Visa is accepted.

Role Overview
Were looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to accelerate Gnosis Pays growth across Europe.
This is a highly commercial hunter-focused role. Your primary responsibility will be identifying engaging negotiating and closing new enterprise partnerships with leading fintechs crypto companies wallets neobanks and other financial platforms.

Youll own the entire sales cyclefrom prospecting to signed agreementsand play a key role in expanding Gnosis Pays enterprise customer base across the region.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments enjoys building relationships with senior decision-makers and has a proven ability to close complex enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Business Developement

• Identify qualify and close new enterprise partnerships across Europe.

• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline through outbound prospecting networking referrals and industry events.

• Own the complete enterprise sales cycle from first contact through contract negotiation and signature.
  

• Develop relationships with C-level executives and senior stakeholders within fintech crypto payments and financial services companies.

• Understand customer needs and position Gnosis Pays infrastructure as the preferred solution.

• Prepare and deliver commercial proposals tailored to each opportunity.

• Lead commercial negotiations alongside internal legal product and compliance teams.

• Consistently achieve and exceedcommercial targets.

• Represent Gnosis Pay at conferences industry events and networking opportunities across Europe.

• Build strong relationships within the European fintech and crypto ecosystem.

• Continuously identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships
  
  

Market Intelligence

• Monitoring industry trends competitive activities and emerging opportunities.

• Share customer insights and market feedback to help shape product priorities and commercial strategies.

• 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales Business Development or Strategic Partnerships.

• Proven track record of sourcing and closing high-value B2B enterprise deals.

• Experience selling to fintechs payment companies crypto companies digital wallets banks or financial institutions.

• Experience managing long and complex enterprise sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.

• Strong negotiation and commercial relationship management skills.

• Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.

• Willingness to travel across Europe as needed.

• Existing network within the European fintech and crypto ecosystem.

• Experience selling API-based products payment infrastructure Banking-as-a-Service card issuing embedded finance or similar financial infrastructure solutions.

• Familiarity with blockchain stablecoins digital assets or crypto payments.

• Previous experience in a high-growth fintech or Web3 company.
