(Associate) Product Manager Client Data & Onboarding (mfx)

We are expanding our Product organization and are looking for an impact-driven (Associate) Product Manager (m/f/x) to join our Onboarding and Client Data domain. 

In this role you will help shape the foundations of the clients relationship with Scalable. This includes seamless onboarding keeping important client information up to date managing statuses and blocks and reliably handling key lifecycle events. Throughout the recruitment process we will explore your strengths technical skills and interests to identify where you can have the greatest impact within the domain. 

Key responsibilities:

• Partner closely with software engineers designers operations and domain experts to scope build and ship reliable client journeys and internal capabilities.

• Help make it simple and secure for clients to provide review and update essential personal information and declarations throughout their relationship with Scalable.

• Contribute to products and processes that ensure client data statuses and lifecycle events are accurately recorded transparent and handled with care.

• Conduct user research analyse feedback and metrics and write clear user stories and specifications to maintain a healthy outcome-oriented product backlog.

• Work with legal risk compliance and client service stakeholders to translate regulatory and business requirements into intuitive scalable digital products.

• Track product and operational metrics after launch identify opportunities for improvement and continually optimise customer outcomes.

Locations: Hybrid in Berlin or Munich

Qualifications :

• Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Finance Economics Data Mathematics Engineering or an equivalent field.
• Work Experience: Initial experience gained through relevant internships working student positions or entry-level roles in product management consulting operations or a fast-growing startupideally within fintech banking or complex environments.
• Tools & Agile Frameworks: Hands-on experience with modern agile tools (e.g. Jira Confluence Figma) and familiar with user story creation and rapid prototyping.
• Communication & Stakeholders: Clear and concise communicator in English (written and verbal) capable of bridging technical operational and business discussions across engineers stakeholders and executives.
• Work Ethic & Execution: Solution-oriented and proactive with strong ownership attention to detail high resilience and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Product & Industry Passion: High level of adaptability continuous willingness to learn and a genuine passion for digital products technology and investing/finance.
• Language Requirements: Fluent in English (company language); German language skills are a strong plus/advantage.
