As an Android Developer youll build secure customer-centric mobile experiences used every day by millions of people. Youll work in a collaborative low-hierarchy team where ownership fast decision-making and continuous improvement are part of everyday life.

- Ship user-facing Android features from intent to production in Kotlinprioritising reliability security and usability.
- Write clean maintainable code and keep automated tests up to date to enableconfident releases.
- Collaborate with product design backend and QA to clarify scope maketrade-offs and deliver customer value.
- Participate in code reviews testing and release support for features you own.
- Proactively identify and reduce technical debt; propose practicalimprovements to architecture and processes.
- Share knowledge through pairing demos and documentation to help theteam grow.
followingqualificationswouldbeinlinewithourdesiredprofileforthisposition:
- Practical Android experience with Kotlin and Android SDK; you have shipped production Android features.
- You write readable well tested code and follow team standards forarchitecture and reviews.
- You communicate clearly across disciplines and make trade-offs that prioritisecustomer outcomes.
- You understand mobile security and compliance constraints and apply them in your work.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and take responsibility for theend to end quality of your work.
- Nice to haves:
- Familiarity with Jetpack libraries Coroutines/Flow Retrofit Hilt/Dagger orJetpack Compose.
- Experience with crash reporting and mobile monitoring tools (Crashlytics orsimilar).
- Prior experience working in crossfunctional squads within regulated
domains.
