What Youll Do

  • Take ownership of a portfolio of small to mid-sized online shops (Tech Touch) managing day-to-day customer needs - a fundamental responsibility for success in this role.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer performance and implement tailored expansion strategies - essential for driving measurable growth.

  • Develop accounts strategically and commercially negotiating confidently to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes - critical for business success and client satisfaction.

  • Work closely with internal teams including Sales Legal and Product to ensure coordinated support and smooth execution - important for delivering a seamless customer experience.

  • Collaborate with a dedicated Customer Success Manager to maximize client retention and long-term success - key to sustaining strong trust-based relationships.

Job requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in proactive B2B account management ideally in SaaS or tech-driven environments - ready to own a portfolio and drive meaningful customer outcomes.

  • Proven ability to manage large client portfolios up to 1000 accounts balancing day-to-day support with long-term strategic planning - skilled at prioritizing and delivering results at scale.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills paired with a customer-centric mindset and hands-on approach - able to build trust resolve challenges and foster long-term partnerships.

  • Analytical and strategic thinker with a natural sales instinct and persuasive ability - capable of identifying growth opportunities and positioning solutions effectively.

  • Passion for e-commerce and digital technologies with practical experience using CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce) driven to optimize processes and maximize client performance.

  • Fluent German and highly proficient in English able to engage confidently with international clients and stakeholders.
