Cozero is an enterprise carbon management platform helping manufacturers logistics companies and retailers turn scattered emissions data into business decisions carbon accounting reduction planning and audit-ready ESG reporting in one place.

And were evolving fast. Our next chapter moves beyond carbon accounting into financial decision-making connecting emissions data directly to cost savings and business transformation with the CFO as the key stakeholder.

This is an Account Executive role for someone early in their sales career who wants to develop fast in a high-expectation environment working directly alongside the founders.

This is primarily an Account Executive role focused on progressing and closing deals with some responsibility for building pipeline through outbound activity. The successful candidate will work across enterprise sales cycles with complex stakeholders while also helping drive opportunities in smaller manufacturing businesses.

Hybrid in Berlin the full commercial team works from the office 34 days a week.

• Own opportunities across the full cycle; discovery progression and closing.

• Build and develop your own pipeline alongside SDR-generated leads.

• Work closely with the founders on live deals: strategy preparation and follow-through.

• Manage complex multi-stakeholder sales processes at enterprise accounts.

• Maintain high-quality multi stakeholder sales processes at enterprise accounts.

• Represent Cozero at customer meetings and events.

• Adapt quickly as the product and go-to-market continue to evolve

• At least one previous role with real commercial or customer-facing exposure.

• Genuine curiosity and a strong desire to keep learning.

• Some exposure to sales commercial or customer-facing work.

• Good business judgment understand financial logic and can speak the language of operators.

• Confidence to ask probing uncomfortable questions in a sales conversation.

• A proactive outgoing approach to office collaboration customer meetings and events.

• Comfort operating without a script in an environment thats still being built.

You do not need:

• Deep sustainability experience

• A specific academic background

• Years of established AE experience

• You bring energy reliability and precision to live opportunities.

• You are comfortable operating without rigid scripts or heavy structure.

• You learn fast adapt fast and improve fast.

• You help move deals forward with consistency and quality.

• Over time you grow into more senior commercial responsibility.

Hybrid - Berlin office 34 days per week. The full commercial team works this way.

per year base commission (double OTE) (varies by experience).
