Technical Lead Agentic AI

Context & Mission

As the Technical Lead you will provide technical leadership for an embedded squad building with a set of reusable and interoperable AI agents spanning multiple consumer touchpoints (owned sites chatbots ChatGPT and retailer apps). You will drive technical architecture agent orchestration and seamless integration across enterprise ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead large distributed engineering teams in delivering production-grade GenAI services.
• Define and drive agent orchestration Model Context Protocol (MCP) Agent-to-Agent (A2A) integration and knowledge graphs.
• Navigate and leverage existing ecosystem (Google OpenAI Anthropic Salesforce).
• Collaborate closely with Advanced Engineering and Modiface teams leveraging a strong AI/ML and computer vision culture to make the right architectural bets.
• Ensure strict adherence to technical constraints including GCP cloud architecture Google ADK/Vertex AI security and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• Partner with internal engineers through pair programming and knowledge transfer to support internalisation in 2027.

Qualifications :

• Proven leadership of large distributed engineering teams in complex enterprise environments.
• Deep expertise in agent orchestration MCP A2A integration and knowledge graphs.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI/ML frameworks and computer vision (collaboration with Modiface).
• Strong background in building and running productised GenAI services.

Additional Information :

Hybrid working model based in Paris (2-3 days/week onsite).
